Alena’s Poppyseed Dressing

In a blender mix:

1/2 c apple cider vinegar
Scant teaspoon salt
1 Tsp dry mustard
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp grated onion

Blend and slowly add:

3/4 cup olive oil

Pour into container (mason jar, etc.) and stir in:

1 tbsp poppyseed

Shake to combine
